Purpose of Position:

Direct Hire! We are currently accepting applications for Class A CDL Drivers to fill permanent, year-round, direct hire positions in Greensboro, NC!

Tricont Trucking Company is a Del Monte Fresh Company!

Earn $1,300–$1,500 per week (Top drivers $1,800+)

• Home Daily
• Average 45 hours per week
• Primarily 2025 model trucks (newer fleet)
• Consistent, year-round work – no seasonal slowdowns
• 15 days of PTO for the year. Eligible to use after completion of the 90-day probationary period!

What to Expect:

• (start times between 01:30AM – 05:00AM)
• 10–12-hour shifts
• Weekend work required (Saturday or Sunday rotation)
• Consistent routes and schedules – minimal week-to-week changes
• Fast-paced operation with steady stops
• $1,300–$1,500 weekly average
• $70,000–$75,000 annually
• $500 Quarterly Safety Bonus

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Minimum 1 year Class A CDL experience
