Purpose of Position:

Direct Hire! We are currently accepting applications for Class A CDL Drivers to fill permanent, year-round, direct hire positions in Plant City, FL!

Earn $1,500 - $1,700 per week (Top drivers $1,800+)

• Home Daily
• Average 40 hours per week
• Primarily 2025 model trucks (newer fleet)
• Consistent, year-round work - no seasonal slowdowns
• 15 days of PTO for the year. Eligible to use after completion of the 90-day probationary period!

Job Description:

What to Expect:

• Start times between (21:30 - 04:00)
• 10-12-hour shifts
• 5-6-day work week (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule may require 6th Day)
• Weekend work required (Saturday or Sunday one day on the weekend)
• Consistent routes and schedules - minimal week-to-week changes
• Fast-paced operation with steady stops
• $1,500-$1,700 weekly average
• $82,000-$87,000 annually
• $500 Quarterly Safety Bonus

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Minimum 1 year Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations/accidents within the last 36 months
• Ability to pass DOT physical, background, and drug screening
