Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Kankakee, IL seeks Class A CDL drivers for permanent, year-round positions. Local/regional routes with fresh and refrigerated product deliveries, starting in the early morning, 2:00 a.m.–4:00 a.m., for 10–12 hour shifts and 50+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.

• Ability to pass DOT physical, background, and drug screening.

Earn $1,300 - 1,600 per week (Top drivers $1,300+)

Job Description:

• Run local/regional routes out of Kankakee, IL
• Deliver fresh and refrigerated products
• Ensure safe, on-time deliveries
• Operate modern, well-maintained equipment

What to Expect:

• Start times between (2:00a.m.- 4:00 a.m.)
• 10-12-hour shifts
• Average 50+ -hour work week
• 5-6-day work week (Monday-Saturday schedule)
• Consistent routes and schedules - minimal week-to-week changes
• Fast-paced operation with steady stops

Pay & Bonuses:

• $1,300-$1,600 weekly average
• $78,000-$80,000 annually
• $500 Quarterly Safety Bonus
