Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Drive, earn, and enjoy flexibility with various commodities and lanes. We offer options for percentage or CPM pay, with steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time. Typical earnings range from $70,000 to $75,000 annually.

Driver Benefits

1. Pay Options:
   • Earn $70,000 - $75,000 annually
   • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
   • OR choose 27% of Line Haul
   • Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years; $1,300 for over 2 years
2. Additional Advantages:
   • PATH TO SUCCESS PAY! $5,000 in the first 120 days
   • Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and provided meals

Path to Success Pay Breakdown

• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

Driver Loyalty Pay

• Starting at $.53 CPM for new drivers
• At 1-year loyalty: $.54 CPM
• At 2-years loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
