Driver Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM plus OD Pay, with a $0.01 CPM annual increase, or choose 27% of Line Haul.
• Increased weekly minimum pay based on experience: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, $1,300 for over 2 years.
• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in the first 120 days.
• Guaranteed 34 hours of home time weekly, averaging 46-53 hours.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience.
