• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No more than three violations or accidents in past 3 years.
• No DUI in past 10 years.

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300

Home Time

Montgomery makes sure your home time is MAXIMIZED! Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours but are averaging 46-53 hours. We use analytics to track and ensure quality home time for a better work-life balance.

Loyalty Pay

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay:
• Base: $0.53 CPM
• 1-Year Loyalty: $0.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty: $0.55 CPM

Job Requirements
