San Antonio Food Bank, Inc. is seeking a dependable driver/warehouse associate to pick up and secure donated food and grocery items, and distribute them to agencies across our 29-county service area in Texas.
The role requires a CDL Class B, forklift/pallet jack training, a current Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. You will work varied schedules, including weekends, and support vehicle upkeep and safety.
General Description: This position is responsible for picking up and securing all food and grocery item donations. The employee is responsible for the distribution of food and grocery items to agencies in the 29 county service areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects with hand and arms; talk and hear. Able to lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close, distance, color and the ability to adjust focus.
This job is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments and frequently will require one to drive to different locations with varying conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
