Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics, LLC seeks safe, dependable, and customer-focused drivers for local Big Island routes. You’ll deliver freight to customers on a scheduled daily local route, check and scan pallets, off-load with hand truck, and interact with customers, while keeping safety and accuracy a priority.

This full-time role offers home daily shifts, night schedule, competitive hourly pay with tiered incentives, sign-on bonuses, and a license assistance program to support Class B CDL or Hawaii

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Class B CDL or Hawaii Class 4 License preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Delivery, transportation, or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong safety, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

About Us

Naniq Truck Drivers are the face of our company. You will deliver freight to customers on a scheduled delivery route in a safe and efficient manner. Professionalism and accuracy is essential to our customers. Our drivers check and scan each pallet, delivering accompanying paperwork to the customer. At each stop on the route, you will off-load items using a hand truck and ramp and interact with customers.

Pay & Incentives

Pay Range

$24.48 - $30.00 per hour DOE and License Class

• Tier 1: This Tier Is the Previously Called “Weekend Premium Policy”
  • Work aRegular Weekend Scheduleof Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (2 of the 3 Days)
  • Earn$2/HourAdded to Base Pay
• Tier 2:
• Work4 Full Weekday Shifts (Mon–Fri)
• Earn$5/HourAdded to Base Pay
• Tier 3:
• Work5 Full Shifts per Weekor
• Work3 Full Weekend Shifts (Fri–Sun)
• Earn$7/HourAdded to Base Pay

Sign-On Bonus

Class B CDL or Class 4 Drivers

• $500 paid on your first paycheck
• Additional $750 paid after 6 months of employment

License Incentive Program

• Up to $1,500 available to assist with obtaining your Class B CDL or Hawaii Class 4 License
• Incentive subject to prorated repayment if employment ends before the agreed-upon period

Quarterly Loyalty Incentive Bonus

• Earn an additional $2.00 per hour worked, paid quarterly
• Excludes PTO and holiday pay

In compliance with Hawaii pay transparency expectations, the posted range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged sitting, frequent entry and exit from vehicles, lifting and moving freight, and working in varying weather conditions. Drivers may be exposed to changing lighting conditions and vehicle vibration during daily operations.
