Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics is seeking safe, dependable Class A CDL Truck Drivers for local Hawaii routes. This home-daily position offers competitive hourly pay, full benefits, and quarterly bonuses.

You’ll work with an experienced dispatch and operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include safe operation of Class A CDL vehicles, loading/unloading, accurate documentation, and maintaining logs in compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL driving, transportation, or delivery experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate delivery technology including GPS and mobile applications
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong safety, communication, and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles to transport freight
• Deliver freight accurately and on schedule
• Load and unload freight as required
• Scan, verify, and document shipments
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Report equipment issues, delays, accidents, or delivery concerns
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and coworkers
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Assist with warehouse operations, freight staging, and loading when needed

Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged sitting, frequent entry and exit from commercial vehicles, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving freight throughout the workday. Drivers may be exposed to varying weather conditions, vehicle vibration, and changing lighting conditions.

Earn up to $33.00 per hour, receive quarterly bonuses, and be home every day.

• Tier 1: This tier is the previously called "weekend premium policy"
  • Work a regular weekend schedule of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (2 of the 3 days)
  • Earn $2/hour added to base pay
• Tier 2:
  • Work 4 full weekday shifts (Mon-Fri)
  • Earn $5/hour added to base pay
• Tier 3:
  • Work 5 full shifts per week or
  • Work 3 full weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
  • Earn $7/hour added to base pay
