Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a part-time Driver Check-In Clerk in Maryland to verify driver route invoices, process paperwork, returns and collections. You will code invoices per policy and ensure accuracy before posting to inventory.

The role requires attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling returns, credits, and coordinating reships with transportation teams, while maintaining quality documentation and timely communication

Responsibilities

• Verify all driver collections and ensure payments are accurate, signed and dated.
• Code invoices according to company policy.
• Handle returns, credits, and disposal of damaged items.
• Verify returns and ensure paperwork matches for credits and reshipments.
• Coordinate reships and communicate paperwork to transportation supervisor.
• Report truck maintenance issues observed on daily pre- and post-trip documents.

Click here to access.Time Type:Part timeRemote Type:Job Family Group:Market OperationsJob Description Summary:The Driver Check-In Clerk will be responsible for verification and processing of the daily delivery driver invoices, associated paperwork, returns and collections.Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 11am startPay: $21-$28/hourJob Description:Job Responsibilities:Verify all collections from the daily routes of driver, ensuring that the payments are accurate, signed and dated.Properly code all invoices compliant with company policy. Write off items out of inventory that are defective or damaged and dispose of goods.Verify all driver product returns, pickups, credits, etc., to ensure that the returned item matches the associated paperwork. Ensure that returned goods are placed on the appropriate pallets in the returns area to speed put away in the warehouse.Verify all goods that are to be reshipped are accounted for and placed in the appropriate reship area within the warehouse.
