• Hourly pay rate: $29.50
• Hourly shift differential: Yes, a premium of $0.25 per hour for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., provided four or more hours are worked in this period.

As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses. Our focus on safety and timely deliveries ensures our customers receive quality products. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for stocking trucks with our products for drivers. This dual role offers flexibility to perform both on the road and in warehouse tasks, adapting throughout the year based on needs.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Complete daily activities including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinate with retail customers and communicate customer needs to the customer service team.
• Participate in warehouse activities: unloading trucks, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
• Work in warehousing: order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Ensure safety and regular checks of equipment (tractors, trailers, pallet jacks).
• Assemble and load products onto trucks accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Must have a CDL Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience (adjusted to the license required for the role).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including physical activities like lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Pass requirements for relevant licenses to operate equipment.
• Strong adaptability for diverse responsibilities and duties.
• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration is required; link provided for registration.

What you'll need as a Driver CDL / Warehouse Associate:

• Follow schedules and instructions from Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Record, report, and return defective items per policy.
• Inspect and record all deliveries and shipments.
• Follow safety and quality protocols.
• Assemble and load products following standard procedures.
• Use electronic logging devices and scanners proficiently.
• Be flexible with routes and working hours.
• Understand basic vehicle mechanics for addressing breakdowns or repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
