Payrate

• Hourly payrate: $28.60
• Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus

Position Details

• Schedule: Mo - Sa (5 days a week), starting between 4 and 5 am, finishing when work is completed (8 hrs per shift), 35-40 hrs/week.
• Location: 1424 43rd St N, Fargo ND, 58102.
• Interstate service: WI, IA, MT, MN.
• Workload split: 70% Warehouse, 30% Driving (may change).

Role Overview

As a Driver, you'll deliver products safely and efficiently, focusing on safety and timely deliveries. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stock trucks with products for drivers. This combined role offers flexibility to perform both duties throughout the year based on needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Prepare customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with customers and receiving personnel.
• Participate in warehouse activities: unloading, stock counting, order processing, organization.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and adhere to safety and quality checks.

Job Requirements

• CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (for federal access).
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle equipment.
• Willingness to perform both driving and warehouse duties.
• Pass drug test, MVR, background check, and FMCSA's Clearinghouse.
• Preferred: DSD experience, forklift/pallet jack experience.

Additional Expectations

• Follow schedules and instructions.
• Record and report shipments and defective items.
• Inspect deliveries and shipments.
• Use electronic devices for logging and scanning.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
