Qualifications

As a Driver, you'll deliver our products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses, focusing on safety and timely deliveries. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stock trucks with products for drivers, providing flexibility to perform both roles throughout the year as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct safety checks on warehouse equipment.
• Complete daily activities such as preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinate with retail customers and warehouse personnel, communicate customer needs to customer service.
• Participate in warehouse activities including unloading trucks, stock counting, and order processing.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment like tractors, trailers, and pallet jacks.
• Assemble and load products onto trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to ensure staff and product safety.

Job Specific Requirements :

• Must have a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Capability to pass licensing requirements for operating equipment.
• Adaptability to diverse responsibilities and duties.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration is required. Link to get started provided: FMSCA.

Additional Driver and Warehouse Responsibilities :

• Follow schedules and instructions from Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Record and report defective items and return items as per policy.
• Inspect and verify deliveries and shipments.
• Ensure safety and quality during operations.
• Assemble and load products following procedures.
• Use electronic logging devices (ELD) and scanners proficiently.
• Be flexible with routes and working hours.
• Understand basic vehicle mechanics for addressing breakdowns or repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
