Salary Range:

$19.00 - $21.00

Purpose and Summary:

Operate and maintain single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks/trailers and forklifts for delivery and pick-up of agronomy and energy products, adhering to specified schedules to support profitable growth.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment safely and properly.
2. Conduct daily safety checks and inspections.
3. Load and unload trucks according to policies and regulations.
4. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed with proper documentation.

Other Job Functions:

• Maintain equipment and professional appearance.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and conduct codes.
• Perform basic shop maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Business knowledge, communication, collaboration, customer focus, decision-making skills.
• Possess or able to obtain a CDL with endorsements, valid medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

• Exposure to extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards.
• May work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to participate in training.
