Job summary

GXO Government Services, LLC is seeking a CDL Driver for a home daily, second shift role. The position runs Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm and includes a structured daily route that keeps you home each night.

The role emphasizes safe operation of a 53ft tractor trailer, no-touch freight, and reliable communication with dispatch. Successful candidates have a valid Class A license, MVR in good standing, and meet the age requirement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment or larger in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A current valid class A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.

Pay rates starting at $31.50 per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week. $2.00 Shift differential

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you'll not only drive our equipment, but you'll also drive our success! You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily.

What you'll do on a typical day

What you'll need to succeed at GXO

• 6 months of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• A current valid class A driver's license and an acceptable MVR

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
