Job summary

Innovative Fluids is seeking a fully licensed CDL B Tank Truck Delivery Driver to join our Inver Grove Heights team. You will safely operate a tank truck, deliver bulk windshield washer fluid and antifreeze to automotive dealerships, quick lubes, tire shops, and fleet maintenance facilities, with a home daily schedule.

Starting rate is $30.00/hour with overtime potential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Full benefits, 8 paid holidays, retirement with employer match, and generous PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Active CDL B license (required).
• Tank/Hazmat endorsements (required).
• Previous tank truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tank truck.
• Deliver bulk products to customer locations.
• Load/unload truck daily.
• Manage daily inventories and supplies.
• Load/unload customer orders from incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pre-post trip inspections (general truck condition, fluid levels, tire pressure, obtaining/scheduling repairs, etc.).
• Keep truck clean.
