Bay Insulation of Wisconsin Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to deliver insulation products to job sites on schedule. You will interact professionally with customers during deliveries and assist in warehouse tasks when idle, including forklift duties.

This role emphasizes home time and a balanced first-shift schedule with minimal weekends. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, pre-trip inspections, DOT logs, and paperwork.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required and valid under DOT regulations.
• Minimum of two years verifiable tractor/trailer driving within the last five years.
• Valid DOT medical card required.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record per insurer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with insulation products and materials.
• Ensure truck maintenance standards are met.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and minor maintenance as needed.
• Complete daily DOT logs compliant with regulations.
• Process paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.
• Ensure COD charges are collected and receipts signed by customers.
• Verify material counts on delivery to maintain inventory accuracy.

Bay Insulation of Wisconsin Inc. is actively looking for a CDL Class A Driver who would be responsible for the delivery of insulation products to job sites based on a provided schedule. This will include ensuring on-time delivery and professional interaction with customers at delivery sites. Assisting in the warehouse with production and moving materials and products may also be required with any downtime, so someone with forklift experience or willing to learn is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Ensures truck maintenance standards are met.
• Performs daily pre-trip inspections and conducts minor maintenance as needed.
• Completes daily DOT logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Processes paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.
• Ensures the customer signed the receipt of material and collects on COD charges.
• Verifies material counts are correct upon delivery to maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Class A) license in compliance with company policy and DOT regulations, required.
• Two years of verifiable driving experience operating a tractor/trailer within the last five years is required.
• Valid DOT federal med card is also a requirement.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider’s requirements.
