Job summary

Bell Cabinetry is seeking a dependable Delivery Truck Driver to operate a 26-foot straight box truck and deliver materials to customers. You will load materials, secure them, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain safety and professionalism on every stop.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, DOT compliance, and communication with the Logistics Manager. This role requires 20% travel, heavy lifting, and a strong work ethic in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience with a proven track record of safe driving.
• Possession of a Driver License (type C) – CDL license is not required.
• Proficient in driving automatic transmission trucks.
• Capability to operate a lift gate.
• Experience in handling commercial and residential deliveries.
• Ability to service all region’s distribution centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 20% Travel for this position.
• Successful completion of a mandatory background check.
• 3 points or less as shown on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Report any issues or incidents related to material damage or customer matters to the Logistics Manager.
• Perform the daily truck inspection, pre- and post-trip (DVIR).
• Seeking advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor.
• Perform and document inspections to ensure the truck and equipment are kept in good condition.
