Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO seeks a Bellperson to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and support transportation and information services. The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to handle guest requests with care.

Typical duties include guiding guests, loading luggage, and providing local directions while ensuring safety and professional appearance. Weekend shifts and flexible hours are expected in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• At least 1 year guest service experience in hospitality preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR in good standing
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work 10-hour weekend shifts when needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with arrival and departure in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and information about local services
• Ensure safe transportation using hotel vehicles and follow safety procedures
• Maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards uniquely for a 4-star property
• Respond promptly to guest requests and document any incidents for follow-up
• Keep hotel vehicles clean and in good working order and report maintenance needs

Bell services and driver of our hotel vehicle for guests in the surrounding 3-mile area and the shuttle (12-seater) for larger groups to surrounding businesses.

The Bellperson Is Responsible For Helping Guests In And Out Of The Property, Providing Safe Transportation, Carrying Baggage, And Delivering Items And Information Efficiently And Pleasantly.
