The Driver/Bellman at One&Only Moonlight Basin delivers exceptional service during guest arrival and departure, greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding them through the property with warmth and professionalism. If needed, you will provide door assistance, transport guests locally and to the airport, valet guest cars, and share accurate information about the resort to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transportation, valet service, bell service, or customer service within hotels/resorts is preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides bell service: greeting guests, luggage assistance to/from rooms, handling luggage.
• Ensures prompt and secure drop-off/pick-up of luggage.
• Assists with guest arrivals and departures, including door assistance.
• Provides transportation locally and to/from the airport as needed.
• Valets guest cars and secures vehicle keys.
• Responds quickly and courteously to guest needs and information.

Job Summary

The Driver/Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional service throughout the arrival and departure process, serving as the first and the last impression for guests.

Key Duties&Responsibilities

• Provides bell service, which includes greeting guests, offering luggageassistanceto/from guest rooms, and handling all luggage properly
• Ensures the prompt, courteous, andaccuratedrop-off and pick-up of luggage
• Ensures proper storage procedures are always followedso that guest items remain secure
• Assists with guest arrivals and departures
• Provides doorassistancefor guests
• Provides transportation which includes locally, as well as to and from the airport, as needed
• Valets guest cars, while ensuring vehicle keys are securely stored
• Responds to all guest needs quickly, efficiently, and courteously, providing immediateassistance
• Assistsguests with directions, providingimportant informationabout the hotel
• Familiar with the locations of guest rooms and private homes
• Aware of all functions and eventstaking place at the Resort
• Understands all facilities, services, and amenities within the Resort to offer general information to guests
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Front Office or other members of the Management team

Skills, Experience,& Educational Requirements

• Previous experience in a transportation, valet service, bell service, or customer service role within a hotel or resort environment is preferred
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
