Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Texas Class B CDL with Medical Certification.
• Must pass MVR and maintain a clean driving record; ability to pass driver assessment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver donations, equipment, and supplies to Goodwill stores.
• Pick up salvage and trash from stores and return to the main plant.
• Collect donations from Attended Donation Centers and special pickup locations.
• Transport store shipments and return items safely and on time.
• Complete accurate daily trip logs and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Ensure equipment counts match dispatch instructions.
• Load and unload trucks and move items as required.
• Provide interoffice courier services between corporate office and stores.
• Participate in warehouse or production tasks as needed.
• Operate baling equipment safely and report repairs promptly.
• Follow safety policies; attend safety meetings.
