Job description

Driver Assistant

Responsible for assisting with transporting building material products to branch yards, existing homes, and/or construction job sites. Strong emphasis on excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Use proper material handling practices to load, secure and unload material for delivery.

• Professional delivery of material
• Truck maintenance
• Staging loads efficiently
• Safe and proper material handling and equipment usage
• Full-time, 40+ hours per week
• Paid weekly on Fridays
• Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
• Six paid holidays and PTO immediately
• Must be able to lift 50‑80 lbs regularly and operate a propane forklift safely
• Must wear PPE
• Building material product knowledge a plus

Salary: $18 per hour starting rate, with annual performance‑based raises.
