As a Driver & Warehouse Support team member, you’ll be the face of our company, interacting with multiple clients daily and ensuring their experience reflects our values of reliability, professionalism, and pride in our work. You’ll take ownership of deliveries, equipment condition, and warehouse support, helping us deliver ready-to-work machines that meet our highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and a customer-first attitude at every delivery and pickup
• Deliver and pick up rental equipment safely using a company vehicle (pickup with trailer or box truck)
• See multiple clients each day, ensuring each interaction is timely, courteous, and helpful
• Load and unload equipment securely and efficiently
• Clean returned equipment thoroughly pressure wash, scrub, and inspect for damage ensuring it’s rental-ready
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and customer signatures for each transaction
• Assist with organizing the warehouse and equipment. maintain a clean, safe environment
• Perform basic equipment checks and communicate any service needs or issues
• Help with general warehouse duties, including staging machines, shipping/receiving, and inventory rotation
• Be proactive in solving issues and supporting the team to meet customer demands quickly and effectively
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required; towing experience a plus)
• Comfortable interacting with customers and acting as the company representative in the field
• Able to work independently, manage a schedule, and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with equipment, deliveries, or warehouse operations preferred
• Attention to detail when cleaning and inspecting machines
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• A mindset of extreme ownership, you take responsibility for your part of the customer experience
  
  

Bonus Points For:

• Forklift operation experience or certification
• Mechanical ability or comfort around small engines and industrial equipment
• Prior experience in equipment rental, logistics, or delivery-based roles
