Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center invites a reliable Driver and Transport Assistant to safely move residents to and from appointments and assist with transfers.
Responsibilities include maintaining transport records, supporting mobility, and coordinating with care teams. CNA certification is a plus but not required; must have a valid license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and resident medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address resident needs
- Participate in in-service training and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
