Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a Driver & Set Crew Member to help deliver modular home sections from our factory to customer sites and set them onto foundations.

This full-time Transportation role requires a Class A CDL, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and willingness to travel across a five-state area. You will load sections, install weather protection, and follow safety policies while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license is required.
• Oversized load experience preferred.
• General carpentry experience preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools (tape measure, utility knife, hammer).
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Travel required during business day, including overnight travel.

Job Title: Driver & Set Crew Member

Department: Transportation

Reports to: Transportation Manager

Location: Detroit Lakes, MN

Essential Functions

• Installs weather protective material on modules following the set
• Works in a safe manner and follows all safety policies including wearing appropriate PPE

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days are Monday through Friday. Weekend or evening work may be required as job duties demand.

Wage is $28.00 an hour.

Travel

Travel is required during the business day, out -of-area and overnight travel is to be expected.

Experience
