Job summary

Dynamic Homes, LLC. is seeking a Driver & Set Crew Member to operate in our Transportation department. This full-time role in Detroit Lakes, MN involves hauling modular home sections across a five-state area and setting them onto foundations.

Responsibilities include loading, delivering, and installing weather protection, while following safety policies and PPE. Travel and manual labor are required; Class A CDL is mandatory.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Driver & Set Crew position assists in delivering modular home sections from our factory to customers sites as well as setting the sections onto foundations.

Reports to: Transportation Manager

Location: Detroit Lakes, MN

Essential Functions

• Loads modular home sections
• Delivers loads to job sites within a 5 state area
• Assists in setting modules onto foundations
• Installs weather protective material on modules following the set
• Works in a safe manner and follows all safety policies including wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days are Monday through Friday. Weekend or evening work may be required as job duties demand.

Wage

$28.00 an hour.

Travel

Travel is required during the business day, out -of-area and overnight travel is to be expected.

Experience
