About the Role:

As a Truck Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you’ll be making a difference for people in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck.Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed.
• On-Site Sales: Provide cost estimates and explain pricing in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers.Offer solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 75lbs.) safely.
• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
• Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).
