Job summary

Circuit is hiring a Driver Ambassador to operate electric shuttles in our service area and serve as the friendly face of the city’s mobility network.

You’ll drive, engage with passengers, share local highlights, and help create fun, safe rides while representing Circuit’s mission to make transportation easier and more affordable.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Passion for customer service and showcasing the community.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a valuable service around the community while ensuring safe, accessible travel.
• Welcome passengers with a smile and create an enjoyable ride.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and friendly rides with excellent customer service.
• Operate electric vehicles including passenger vans and ID Buzz.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness with pre- and post-ride inspections.

As a Driver Ambassador, you’ll be behind the wheel of our super cool electric shuttles, cruising around the city in our mapped out service area. But it’s not just about driving – you’ll also be the ultimate ambassador for the community, sharing fun facts, pointing out local hotspots, and hidden gems. • Provide a valuable service around the community while making sure locals and tourists get to where they need to go safely.
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers with a smile and making their ride awesome.
• Assure safe, efficient and fun rides to the general public while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Drive a variety of electric vehicles including passenger Vans and ID Buzz.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness by doing pre and post vehicle inspections.

What Do You Need to Bring?

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required
• A passion for customer service and excited about showcasing the community
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including working during summer/winter months
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per vehicle manufacturer specifications

What Do We Offer?

• A fun and flexible work environment
• Hourly base rate of $20.00 plus tips
• Full time employees eligible for: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage
• Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 7 am - 7 pm and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. Part-time and full-time shifts available.
