Job summary

Circuit is seeking a Driver Ambassador in Costa Mesa, CA to operate electric shuttles and serve as the friendly face for riders. You’ll handle safety, customer service, and on-street guidance, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

This full-time role offers pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, a welcoming community experience, and the chance to help locals and visitors explore the city. Benefits include medical/dental/vision for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required.
• Passion for customer service and working with the public.
• Excited about showcasing the community.
• Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
• Chauffeur’s license or experience driving commercially is a plus.
• Ability to work nights and weekends is a plus.
• Comfortable with varying weather conditions and seasons.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements.

• Mon 7:45am-4:15pm, Tue 9:45-6:15pm, W&Th Off, F 7:45am-12:15pm, Sat&Sun 9:45-2:15pm

Requirements

What Do You Need to Bring

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required

• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including working during summer/winter months
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per vehicle manufacturer specifications
