Job summary

Circuit is seeking a Driver Ambassador to operate our electric shuttles and engage riders with friendly, helpful service around the city. You’ll be the face of Circuit, sharing local tips and ensuring safe, enjoyable rides in a dynamic urban environment.

Responsibilities include greeting passengers, driving safely, performing pre/post-trip checks, and keeping vehicles clean. Availability is Monday to Friday with split shifts in the early morning and late afternoon.

Qualifications

• 3 years of safe driving experience is required.
• Passion for customer service and excitement about showcasing the community.
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions; ability to work in summer/winter months.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must abide by vehicle weight and height requirements as per manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, enjoyable rides and excellent customer service.
• Welcome passengers with a smile and share local hotspots.
• Drive electric shuttles and ensure safe, efficient operations for the public.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and reliability.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and overall appearance of shuttles.

As a Driver Ambassador, you’ll be behind the wheel of our super cool electric shuttles, cruising around the city in our mapped out service area. • Provide a valuable service around the community while making sure locals and tourists get to where they need to go safely.
• Create an enjoyable riding experience by welcoming passengers with a smile and making their ride awesome.
• Assure safe, efficient and fun rides to the general public while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Drive a variety of electric vehicles including passenger Vans.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness by doing pre and post vehicle inspections.

Requirements

What Do You Need to Bring?

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required
• A passion for customer service and excited about showcasing the community
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions, including working during summer/winter months

What Do We Offer?

• Hourly base rate of $24.00 plus tips
• Full time employees eligible for: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage
• Availability: Monday to Friday Split Shifts (Availability between the hours of 6:00 am - 11:00 am and 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm)
