Job summary

The Arbor Company in Delray Beach is seeking an Activities Assistant to design and deliver engaging programs that enhance residents’ health and spirit through our 6-dimensional engagement framework.

You will build meaningful connections with residents and families, bringing creativity to daily activities and collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver compassionate care and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roles such as teacher, caregiver, nurse, med tech or project coordinator.
• Experience working with seniors preferred but not required.
• Ability to create meaningful, engaging activities and build connections.
