The Arbor Company in Florida seeks an Activities Assistant to create engaging programs that improve residents’ health, happiness, and well-being day after day.

You will work with a caring team to deliver the 6‑dimensional engagement program, build meaningful connections with residents and families, and bring creativity and joy to every shift. This role is ideal for someone with experience as a teacher, caregiver, nurse, or event planner who loves seniors and wants to make a positive impact.

Qualificações

• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and run engaging activities for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement engaging activities that improve resident health and happiness.
• Collaborate with care teams to tailor programs to residents' needs.
• Foster connections with residents and families and support a positive community culture.

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
