Job summary

Tireco, Inc. is seeking a Driver to deliver tires and wheels to customers nationwide. You will be the face of the company, handling loading/unloading, collecting payments, and maintaining your vehicle. Occasional warehouse assistance and operating a forklift are required.

The role emphasizes safe driving, DOT compliance, and strong customer service. A standard license is required; no CDL. Cross-state deliveries may be required; 21+ and insured under company policy are needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard drivers license; some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required.
• Meet DOT compliance requirements; pass a drug test and DOT physical; be at least 21 years old; eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ requires a team lift.
• Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle; be the face of Tireco Distributors.
• Load and unload products; provide friendly customer service on delivery.
• Collect payments and manage product returns.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and fuel cards; perform basic vehicle checks.
• Assist in warehouse orders and loading/unloading trucks; operate equipment such as forklift.

JOB TITLE: Driver

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.
