Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Maryland is seeking a dependable Driver to deliver tires and wheels to customers, using a company box truck and occasionally a forklift in the warehouse.

You will load/unload, collect payments, handle returns, and maintain the vehicle, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license.
• Meet DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Able to be insured under company driving policy.
• Able to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly customer service.
• Load and unload product; collect payments and manage returns.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and vehicle documentation.
• Assist in warehouse orders and loading/unloading trucks; operate forklift.

JOB TITLE: DriverAs a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle.
