Job summary

Tireco, Inc. is seeking a Driver in Swedesboro, NJ to deliver tires and wheels, provide great customer service, and support warehouse operations. This role involves loading/unloading, collecting payments, and maintaining the company vehicle.

Typically you will be on the road delivering products and may assist with forklift operation. Must be 21+, DOT-compliant, and able to cross state lines if required; CDL not needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license - No CDL required.
• Meet DOT requirements; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Be at least 21 years old and eligible to cross state lines for deliveries.
• Able to be insured under company driving policy.
• Able to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience operating a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels to customers using the company vehicle, ensuring safe, on-time delivery.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service upon delivery.
• Load and unload products; collect payments and manage returns.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment; perform basic upkeep and cleaning.
• Assist in warehouse orders and forklift operation as needed.

JOB TITLE: Driver

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
