Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Driver to safely deliver tires and wheels using our company box truck while delivering friendly, professional customer service. You’ll load/unload, collect payments, handle returns, and help maintain the vehicle.

Additionally, you’ll assist in warehouse orders and may operate a forklift as needed, supporting team efforts and ensuring on-time deliveries to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license; CDL not required.
• DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; 21+ yrs.
• Able to safely operate a box truck and clamp forklift.
• Move tires 30–80 lbs daily; team lift for 80 lbs+.
• Preferred 2+ years experience operating a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels to customers using company vehicle.
• Load and unload products; maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Collect payments and manage product returns at each stop.
• Assist in warehouse orders and loading/unloading trucks.
• Operate forklift when required and support loading activities.

JOB TITLE: Driver

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Possess a valid standard driver's license, some states may require a Class D license - No CDL required
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years, eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift
• Ability to manually move tires between 30 - 80 lbs daily. 80lbs+ requires a team lift
• Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck
