Job summary

Tireco, Inc. is seeking a Driver to be the face of our company in Dallas, delivering tires and wheels to customers and ensuring safe, on-time arrivals. You will operate a box truck, handle loading and unloading, collect payments, and assist in warehouse tasks as needed.

We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. The role requires DOT compliance, a valid license, and occasional cross-state deliveries.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; Class D where required.
• DOT compliance and pass drug test/physical; 21+ years old.
• Willing to cross state lines for deliveries as needed.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Job Title

Driver

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license, some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years, eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift
• Ability to manually move tires between 30 – 80 lbs daily. 80lbs+ requires a team lift
• Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck
