A moving service company in Columbia, MD, seeks Movers and Drivers who are customer-focused and ready to work as a team. What You’ll Do

• Daily Dispatch Huddle Attendance
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Perform walk-throughs and communicate clearly with customers
• Drive a box truck (Driver role) and ensure safe transport of goods
• Assist with truck inspections and equipment inventory
• Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments

What We’re Looking For

• "Movers Who Care"
• 18+ for Movers | 21+ for Drivers (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Drivers)
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Comfortable communicating professionally in English, Spanish is a Bonus
