Township Senior Living in Battlefield, MO is seeking a Part-Time Driver to transport residents to appointments and support maintenance tasks throughout the community. You will provide courteous, safe service and help ensure residents reach destinations on time.

The role requires an 18+ age, a state chauffeur license, a clean driving record, and first aid certification. The job blends active physical work with daily resident interaction in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must possess and maintain the state-required chauffeur class license.
• Clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.
• First aid certified.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds.
• Very active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and ladder use.
• Criminally cleared and fidelity bondable.
• Health screening within 6 months and TB test clearance.
• Leadership and supervision skills including time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident transportation needs and ensure safe, timely arrival to appointments.
• Assist with maintenance duties and safety across the community.
• Provide first class customer service to residents in a safe, professional manner.

What are we looking for?

• You must be criminally cleared and fidelity bondable.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Has demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in the areas of leadership and supervision, including time management and organization, as well as the ability to represent and promote activities and programs.
