Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Driver at Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, OH. The role focuses on transporting residents safely, delivering exceptional service, and supporting maintenance and safety tasks within the community.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm, with a pay range of $20.25–$22.75 per hour, and you must meet license, health, and driving record requirements.

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must possess and maintain the state-required chauffeur class license.
• Clean driving record as per insurance policy.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.
• First aid certified.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
• Position is active with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping daily; ladder use required.
• Criminal clearance and fidelity bondable.
• Good health verified by physician health screening within 6 months prior or after employment.

What are we looking for?

• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day, and the use of a ladder is required. Job functions require both indoor and outdoor work, including in periods of inclement weather.
• You must be criminally cleared and fidelity bondable.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Has demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in the areas of leadership and supervision, including time management and organization, as well as the ability to represent and promote activities and programs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
