RideZilla is seeking a dependable Driver to support our Albany dealership by safely transporting motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports units. This role also assists the Service Department with moving units, inventory, detailing, and shop tasks.

You must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and be willing to obtain forklift certification and a motorcycle endorsement if required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

RideZilla is seeking a dependable Driver to support our Albany dealership by safely transporting motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports units.

This is more than a driving position. When not completing pickups and deliveries, the Driver will support the Service Department with moving units, loading and unloading inventory, maintaining dealership and storage areas, detailing units, and assisting with general shop operations.

This position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and previous experience safely towing a 16-foot or larger utility trailer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

DELIVERY & TRANSPORT

• Operate company trucks to pick up and deliver motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports units
• Safely tow and maneuver utility trailers while transporting dealership and customer units
• Load, secure, transport, and unload powersports units while preventing damage
• Complete customer pickups and deliveries in a safe, professional, and timely manner
• Perform basic vehicle and trailer inspections before trips
• Follow all company procedures and applicable traffic and transportation regulations
• Operate a forklift when trained and authorized; certification training will be provided

SERVICE & SHOP SUPPORT

• Move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other units throughout the dealership
• Assist the Service Department with retrieving, staging, and organizing customer and dealership units
• Assist with basic detailing and preparation of units as needed
• Use basic mechanical knowledge to assist with appropriate shop tasks
• Help receive and organize incoming inventory
• Assist other departments with moving equipment and inventory when needed

FACILITY & LOT SUPPORT

• Maintain clean and organized Service Department, storage, and staging areas
• Keep parking lots, grounds, and dealership work areas clean and orderly
• Empty waste containers, sweep work areas, and properly dispose of unwanted materials and parts
• Return tools and equipment to their proper locations
• Assist with general dealership cleanup and facility needs as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience towing and maneuvering a 16-foot or larger utility trailer
• Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload motorcycles and powersports units
• Basic mechanical knowledge and hands‑on ability
• Comfortable driving company trucks and towing trailers in a variety of conditions
• Strong attention to safety when handling customer and dealership property
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 60 days of employment; training provided
• Willingness to obtain a motorcycle endorsement if required
• Ability to successfully complete required pre‑employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings

PHYSICAL & SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical shop and loading tasks
• Ability to safely load and unload motorcycles, ATVs, and side‑by‑sides
• Ability to work outdoors and in an active shop environment
• Some customer deliveries may require work outside normal dealership hours or occasional overtime
