Job summary

ForFarmers N.V. in the United States is seeking an experienced LGV Driver to deliver customer orders directly to farms nationwide. You will perform daily deliveries, keep accurate tachograph and delivery records, and strictly follow road safety and weight limits.

Qualifications

• C+E licence is required
• Tachograph Card and Driver CPC are required
• Regular LGV driving experience is required
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills

Reporting to: Transport ManagerReference: R9751Your roleAs a driver, you’ll be delivering customer orders direct to farms across the country; no two days are ever the same.This is hands-on, physical work in a challenging environment, but it offers variety, independence, and a real sense of reward.Your responsibilitiesLGV DrivingAll legal requirements to be met fully. Consideration for other road users and members of the public. Clear, accurate completion of tachograph records, manual entries and defect reports. Vehicles to be operated within relevant speed and weight limits at all times. Nights out will be involved.Feed DeliveryAccurate, safe working on customers farms. Care to be taken at all times to achieve correct bins for feed and UFAS compliance.
