Reporting to the Resident Care Manager, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments, healthcare facilities, and community destinations. You may also provide transportation for staff or family members accompanying residents as needed. Additionally, you will assist with recreational outings and events, helping enhance the quality of life for those in our care. Safe and responsible operation of Covenant Health vehicles is a key requirement of this position.Please note: Classifications Under Review.

Required Qualifications:

Additional Required Qualifications:

Candidates must be able to provide a current and clear Driver’s Abstract annually, or more frequently if requested. They should consistently maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and resident information. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is required. A professional and well-groomed appearance is expected, along with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, families, and visitors. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is necessary, and work hours may vary, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

One to two years related experience preferred.
