State of Missouri’s St. Louis DMH laborer role supports the Forensic Treatment Center campuses by performing basic manual tasks, moving furniture, transporting clients, and handling routine pickups.

This part-time position requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift over 75 lbs, and the capacity to follow directions in a sensitive healthcare environment. Applicants with prior labor experience are preferred; trips may extend to Jefferson City, MO, and work hours are Day Shift with weekends

Scheduled Hours: Day Shift Days Off: Sat/Sun

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. We are looking for a positive and energetic part time individual with a valid driver's license who has an interest in helping individuals with mental illness maximize their potential.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic manual tasks within short time frames.
• Move furniture.
• Transport clients.
• Picking up items from US Foods, Post Office, Bank, etc.
• Trips may include distances as far as Jefferson City, MO.

Eligibility

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift over 75lbs.
• Able to take direction
• Previous experience as a Laborer preferred.
