POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of Dispatchers, this position follows safety laws and keep records of their activity to ensure that hazardous chemicals are appropriately tracked and accounted for at all stages of transport. CTD will work as a liaison to the customer and use discretion to address any concerns as well as answer non-routine correspondence. This position deals with a diverse group of important external customers and contacts as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
