Part-Time & Full-Time CDL and Non-CDL Drivers. Walk‑In Interviews Welcome! Monday – Friday 9:00 AM‑3:00 PM. We train for you to get your CDL.

We are looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Sandusky, OH. Ensure safe transport and high customer service.

Position Details

CBA Position – Position subject to collective bargaining agreement.

Compensation

• $21.25 /hour training rate
• $22.25 /hour after training

Full‑Time Driver Benefits

• Vacation: up to 5 days per year
• Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment; life insurance; 401(k) retirement; company holidays.

Part‑Time Driver – no benefits provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety‑Focused Operations: Follow routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Passenger Care: Assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance: Pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, maintain cleanliness.
• Protocol Adherence: Enforce seat belt usage, emergency response readiness, regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Local to Sandusky, Ohio – no remote possibilities.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement; paid training available.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Flexible work schedule; able to work shifts.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.

Physical Requirements

• Work outside in varying temperatures and weather; 100% outdoor.
• Sit 6–8 hours per day; walk long distances; walk on sloped or uneven surfaces.
• Push/pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift up to 50 lbs.; bend, kneel, crouch as needed.
• Operate in heavy traffic; tolerate dust, fumes, and noise.
