Job summary

Propark America West, a leading provider of transportation-based solutions, is seeking couriers in San Francisco to deliver and pick up packages with excellent customer service. Drivers use company vehicles, stay equipped, and coordinate routes via a centralized dispatcher on an Android device.

Qualifications include 23+ years old, 5+ years driving, a CA license, and the ability to handle up to 75 lbs plus heavy loads with assistance. EOE and accommodations available upon request.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old and have a minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Valid and current CA driver's license.
• Must meet and maintain Propark America’s Motor Vehicle Requirements.
• Must attain satisfactory completion of specialized training regarding transportation of goods with special handling requirements.
• World class customer service skills.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight above 75 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Transport goods with special handling requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
• Cooperate and follow instruction while working in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.

Drivers Needed (San Francisco) Courier Position Available Propark America West, a leading provider of transportation based solutions and program administrator for Google Shopping Express, is now looking for qualified individuals with world-class customer service skills to join the Propark team.

Overview:

Couriers provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages and provide related customer service functions. Responsibilities are accomplished by driving a company vehicle and ensuring regular fueling and cleaning of vehicles is conducted. The Courier will receive route information from a centralized dispatcher via Android device.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years old and have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience
• Valid and current CA driver's license
• Must meet and maintain Propark America's (Diamond State) Motor Vehicle Requirements.
• Must attain satisfactory completion of specialized training regarding transportation of goods with special handling requirements
• World class customer service skills
• Previous experience preferred

Essential Functions:

• Ability to move and lift 75 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight above 75 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
• Ability to transport goods with special handling requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Compensation: $13.50/hr.
