Job summary

Avalon Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pasco, WA is seeking a Driver to transport residents to appointments and activities, ensuring their safety and comfort. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to serve seniors in your community.

You will perform vehicle safety checks, assist residents in getting in and out of the vehicle, and maintain a clean, welcoming transport environment while communicating with residents, families, and staff. CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience transporting seniors or individuals with special needs preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass required employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments and activities
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed
• Complete vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment
• Communicate with residents, families, and facility staff
• Support resident safety and comfort throughout transportation

What You'll Do
