Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Oxford, PA seeks a Driver to transport residents safely and courteously in company vehicles, assist residents in and out of vehicles, and support the maintenance team with vehicle care.

This role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record; CPR certification is preferred. The position offers day shift with occasional weekends and holidays, and a commitment to compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Previous transportation experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transports residents in company vehicles to activities and appointments.
• Safely assists residents in and out of vehicles.
• Operates lift equipment necessary to load and unload wheelchairs.
• Assists maintenance department in maintaining vehicles.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Recognizes and reports changes in resident's condition to appropriate team members.
• Provides excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Maintains a safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices.
• Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other team members.
