Job summary

Quality Brands Distribution is seeking route delivery drivers to safely deliver products to accounts on local routes with home daily. You’ll operate CDL A vehicles, represent Quality Brands with professionalism, and be the face of the company to customers.

As a family‑owned distributor, we offer a $2,000 hiring bonus, a $50,000 salary plus commission, health/dental/vision insurance within 90 days, PTO after 90 days, and a 401k with employer contributions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Physically able to handle heavy loads and long shifts.
• Current DOT Medical Certification is required.
• Forklift certification is required.

Overview

Route delivery drivers are responsible for the delivery and merchandising (where applicable) of all products distributed by Quality Brands. Additionally, they are responsible for the rotation of displays, back stock and shelf stock (where applicable) of all products to ensure compliance with company standards. Develop and maintain professional business relationships with all of our account partners.

Qualifications

• Must be +21 years old
• Must be qualified to operate applicable Company vehicles.
• Physically able to handle all Company products – Department of Labor Level 4 Heavy Work Job Evaluation (exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly).Occasionally lift up to 160 lbs.
• Capable of fulfilling non-normal workday hours.
• CDL license required.
• Current DOT Medical Certification
• Forklift certification required.
